JEDDAH: Part-time university students in the Kingdom have been left confused following local media reports that the Ministry of Higher Education will be closing down the system and replacing it with a distance-learning program.

Sheriff's department eyes 15 part-time deputies

WILKES-BARRE - The Luzerne County Salary Board plans to vote today on creating 15 new part-time jobs for sheriff deputies. The pay rate would be $9.23 an hour, and each new part-timer in the sheriff's department could not work more than 20 hours a week.
